
Terms and Service Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Premier Polishing & Detailing ("PPD", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
PPD provides professional aluminum polishing, detailing, ceramic coatings, interior and exterior cleaning, and other related services. Full descriptions of services are available at www.premierpolishingil.com. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All pricing is range-based and subject to change based on vehicle condition, size, and customer requests.
Final price will be confirmed after an in-person inspection or at the time of service.
All payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, or digital transfer (e.g., Cash App, Venmo, etc.).
4. Appointment Policy
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.
No-Shows & Cancellations:
No-shows will incur a $50 fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $25 late cancellation fee.
5. Scheduling Delays
We aim to honor all scheduled appointment times; however, due to the nature of our services, some appointments may run longer than expected. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
6. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
PPD provides detailing and polishing services only. We are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical issues that arise during or after our services. This includes but is not limited to engine issues, battery failure, wiring problems, or fluid leaks.
7. Pre-Service Requirements
Customers are expected to remove all personal belongings and valuables prior to the service. PPD is not liable for any items lost or damaged during the detailing process.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the concern. We do not offer refunds but may offer corrective service at our discretion.
9. Weather Policy
In the case of inclement weather (for mobile services), appointments may need to be rescheduled. We will contact you as early as possible to make alternate arrangements.
10. Liability Waiver
By agreeing to these terms, you release PPD and its staff from any liability for damage to your vehicle, property, or belongings arising from services performed unless caused by proven negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available at www.premierpolishingil.com. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
